St. Mary’s Forane Church, located in the serene town of Taliparamba, stands as a remarkable symbol of devotion and architectural splendor.

Built in the striking Gothic style, this church is celebrated for its intricate craftsmanship, artistic brilliance, and spiritual ambiance.
The most iconic feature of the church is its 110-feet high frontal elevation, beautifully adorned with a 25-foot-long stained glass painting of Mother Mary, flanked on either side by vibrant mosaic depictions of the Twelve Apostles.
The church's interiors and exteriors are adorned with spiritual motifs, adding to its divine aura. At the entrance, visitors are welcomed by a serene Rosary Garden and a Grotto of Mother Mary, which further enhance the spiritual atmosphere.
Adding to its spiritual offerings, the church also houses a Chapel for Perpetual Adoration and a Marian Documentation Centre, making it a hub for deep religious engagement. A highlight of the church’s religious life is the monthly Marian Convention, held on the first Saturday of every month, which includes a Eucharistic procession and Holy Mass, drawing devotees from across the region.
